IGNITE YOUR PASSION FOR A CREATIVE FUTURE

Get a taste of what your future might hold and learn more about opportunities with Ethni.

Ignite your passions and open your mind to the wider world we live in! Our Ignite Cultural Youth workshops are unique experiences designed for youth aged 11 – 15 years that provide a space for creative expression, while also delving deeper into learning about different cultures and the world we live in.

During the workshop, everyone will get the chance to make their own beautiful creations to take home, inspired by the cultural knowledge and creative talents of our Creative Facilitators who come from around the world. Our Facilitators will also share their own stories and take participants through activities that get them thinking more about who they are and the role culture and the place they live plays in their life.

Our ‘Ignite’ workshops and programs are also designed to be a starting point to become involved in our ‘Inspire’ Creative Futures Program – a leadership, training and mentoring program for young people aged 15+ years.

We can also do tailored workshops and speaking events at your high school! Enquire below about hosting us at your school for an engaging and enriching experience for your students.

Testimonials

The henna workshop was a really great experience. Everyone was really warm and welcoming. It was a very relaxed and fun morning but the best part was being able to hear Sara's story and her journey to get to Australia. I had no idea of the kind of hurdles she had faced in her life and it was a great way to learn about her culture, her challenges and ways that we can help asylum seekers feel more at home here in Australia. The way the activities were done allowed me to not only hear the story but think about how I would feel if it was me and get a glimpse of what she faced.
