Feelings Cards: 25 beautifully illustrated feelings cards featuring a design of the feeling on the front and a short description on the back of how or when you might feel or experience that emotion. Each set comes with an instruction card with ideas on conversation starters and activities that have been co-created with child and youth mental health professionals.
When you buy a set, you will also get access to our online hub where we will be regularly adding new resources, books, videos and other resources that will support you as you get into the nitty gritty of feelings.
Strengths Cards: 25 beautifully illustrated Strengths Cards featuring a design of a kick-ass woman and strength on the front and a definition on the back. Each set comes with an instruction card with ideas on conversation starts and questions to prompt us to reflect on ourselves and our strengths.

who’s behind this amazing product
All our Ethni products have been co-created by a young women in our sisterhood. Our Feelings + Strengths Cards sets have been illustrated by Le Thy Nguyen, one of the amazing artists in our team. The card sets are printed locally here in Brisbane because we believe in high quality products, supporting local businesses and reducing our carbon footprint where we can.
