We know that deciding what career pathway to take or what industry to work/study in can be stressful and full of uncertainty. If you are passionate about supporting and empowering people to live their life to the fullest but need extra support to get your foot in the door, look no further.
We got you sis!

We’ve all be there. That uncertainty that you feel after completing high school or after taking some time away from studying or working, It can be really hard to feel confident and ready to step into your future without the right support, and people in your corner. We also know that feeling of missing out on jobs, being told you don’t have enough experience, or not quite what they were looking for.

So, we’ve created our Peer Worker Pathway Program as a new initatiative that supports young women into Lived Experience (LEP) roles in the mental health, DFV and disability support sectors. The program is a combination of masterclasses, workshops and mentoring that supports you to understand your unique skills and strengths and combine that with your passion to empower others, and you can confidently apply for roles as lived experience support worker!

The program is for young women from refugee, migrant and CALD backgrounds under 30 years old.
