thriving futures

step into your thriving future

We know taking those first steps out of university can be scary. Join our Thriving Futures career pathway program and let us be your champions, cheerleaders and industry experts to help you get your foot in the door of your future career.

We’ve all been there. That feeling of excitement, mixed with nervous anticipation about what your future career holds as you head out of your university studies. We also know that feeling of missing out on jobs, being told you don’t have enough experience, or not quite what they were looking for.

So, we’ve created our Thriving Futures program as a new initiative that supports young women finishing tertiary qualifications to take the first step into their dream career and explore their full potential.

The program is a combination of masterclasses, workshops and mentoring that supports you to understand your unique skills and strengths and combine that with your chosen qualifications so you can confidently apply for roles and succeed in your industry.

The program is for young women from refugee, migrant and CALD backgrounds under 30 years old.
