future female changemakers

embrace your leadership potential.

The problems our world is facing today are complex and we know that we need a new type of leader to take tackle these challenges head now and into the future. We believe our young women are the answer.

So, our Future Female Changemakers Leadership program is back in 2022 to inspire another group of emerging young female leaders to make change in their homes, schools, workplaces and communities.

This 4 month program, designed and facilitated by Venessa Lonie, takes you on a journey through the fundamentals of leadership. You will get to explore who you are, how you work with others, as well as, diving into important areas of leadership, including communication, resilience and conflict resolution among many more.

This program is designed for young women of colour who are passionate about being the changemakers of the future. We have 15 spaces available this year for young women from culturally diverse backgrounds aged 15 - 25 years.
