We offer a range of programs designed and led by young women for young women. Our existing programs can be modified or adapted to your needs and budget, or we can create something new and innovative in partnership with your organisation! All our programs are led by our team and create employment directly for young women from CALD backgrounds.

We believe a strong understanding and toolkit for mental health and well-being is an essential for all young women to thrive. So we specialise in building emotional intelligence, resilience and tackle the issues most relevant to our young women through interactive and engaging mental health and well-being programs and workshops.

We know that leaving high school and making decisions about future careers can be a bit overwhelming. So we have designed a program that supports young women to explore their strengths and opportunities, as well as, create a solid action plan for embarking on a training, study or work pathway towards the career they want.

Ethni was founded on the mission to create meaningful and supported training and employment pathways for young women. Through our Facilitator Training Program, we support young women to gain crucial employability skills and hands-on experience so they can be connected and contributing members of their communities.
